Vrindavan Properties

We've been here at Vrindavan Properties for a good while now. Our office is right across from the Vidyadhar Nagar Bus Depot on Sikar Road. It gets pretty loud with the buses pulling in and out all day, but you get used to it. Mostly, we just handle local property stuff around this part of Jaipur. Some days it’s quiet and we just sit here drinking tea, and other days people are coming in asking about plots or rentals non-stop. We keep our files in big cabinets that probably need organizing, but we know where everything is. Sikar Road is always busy with traffic. Sometimes people stop by just because they missed their bus and need a place to sit for a minute. We don't mind. It's a small space, nothing fancy. We have a few desks and some old chairs for visitors. Dealing with land and houses involves a lot of walking around and checking things out in person. We spend a lot of time on our scooters going back and forth. It’s not a glamorous job, but it keeps us busy. The sun hits the front window pretty hard in the afternoons, so we usually keep the blinds halfway down. If you're looking for us, just look for the sign near the depot. We’re usually here by ten in the morning unless we’re out at a site. It’s just how we run things. Nothing too complicated, just daily work and keeping the records straight for whoever needs them.
