At Volericsson, we operate out of our space at 2/81 in Malviya Nagar. It is a busy part of town, so there is always something happening right outside our door. We’ve been at this specific address for a while now, and it has become home for our daily operations. The office isn't particularly large, but we have enough room for the team and the equipment we use every day. Malviya Nagar is a place where you can find almost anything, and being here makes it easy for us to get supplies or meet people when needed. We don't spend much time worrying about how the office looks to outsiders; we are more concerned with getting the day's tasks finished on time. The building itself is typical for this area, a bit older but sturdy enough for what we do. You might hear the street noise during the day, but it’s just part of the atmosphere here. We keep a fairly regular schedule, starting early and staying until the work is put away. There is no corporate ladder here, just a group of people trying to do a decent job at 2/81. Sometimes the internet is slow or the water delivery is late, but we just deal with it and move on. It’s a very grounded way to work. If you drop by, you’ll likely see us hunched over our desks or talking about the next project.
