Vivan Hospital

We’ve been here at 10 Queens Road for a good while now. It’s right in Rathore Nagar, and if you know Vaishali Nagar, you know how busy it gets around here. Our building isn't anything fancy to look at, just a regular place where we do our work every day. The morning starts early with staff coming in and checking the equipment. Sometimes the front door sticks a bit if it’s humid outside. Most days are loud because of the traffic on Queens Road, but we’re used to the honking by now. People come in with all sorts of issues, and we just try to get them sorted as fast as we can. There isn't much room for sitting around. The nurses are usually running back and forth between the rooms. We keep a stash of tea in the back room for when things get really hectic. It’s a lot of paperwork and making sure the lights stay on. We see faces from all over the neighborhood, some who have been coming here for years. It’s just how it is. Sometimes the lobby gets crowded, and we have to move chairs around to make space. It’s not perfect, but we keep the floors clean and the medicine cabinets stocked. It's just a regular hospital doing its thing in this part of town. We don’t have those big shiny signs like the ones downtown, but we’re here if someone needs us.
