Dumdaar

If you drive down the Delhi-Jaipur Expressway, you’ll find us at Dumdaar in Laxminarayanpura. We are fiber sheet manufacturers, and our facility is right there near the road. It’s a big, open building where we keep the raw materials and the finished sheets. Being so close to a major highway means there is a constant roar of traffic, but you stop noticing it after a while. The work is mostly physical, involving the mixing of materials and setting them into sheets. It’s a dusty place, and the heat from the manufacturing process can be quite intense during the middle of the day. We don't have a fancy office with plush carpets; it’s mostly concrete floors and metal racks. Our team is small, and everyone knows how to handle every part of the job. We keep a stack of fiber sheets ready for pickup near the main gate. The windows are usually left open to catch whatever breeze we can get from the expressway. We aren't really into making big speeches or having long meetings. We just show up, get the machines running, and make sure the quality of the sheets is what it needs to be. It’s honest, hardworking labor that takes up most of our daylight hours. When the shift is done, we lock up and head out, usually a bit tired but satisfied with the day’s production.
