Vipul Raj Architects & Planners

Our office, Vipul Raj Architects & Planners, is located inside the Elements Mall. We are at unit 622, which is on the DCM stretch of Ajmer Road here in Jaipur. It’s a convenient spot because of the mall, though the parking can be a bit of a headache during the holidays. We spend a lot of our time sitting at our desks drawing and looking at blueprints. Jaipur has a lot of history, but we work on all kinds of modern stuff too. The 302021 area is growing really fast. We see new buildings going up all the time. Sometimes the phone doesn't stop ringing and other days it's quiet enough to actually get some serious planning done. We aren't trying to be the biggest firm in town, we just want to get the little details right. It’s a lot of back and forth with clients and the guys on the construction sites. Ajmer Road is a major route, so we get people coming from all over the city. We have piles of paper and rolls of drawings everywhere in the office. It’s a real working space, not a showroom. We deal with the city rules and all the technical stuff so the owners don't have to worry about it. It's mostly about solving problems before the first brick is even laid. We've been here at Elements Mall for a while now and we're used to the rhythm of the place.
