We are over at 6/6 Vijaybari, right along Sikar Road. It is a busy spot and we have been in this part of town for quite a while now. Most days, we just open up the shutters early and start sorting through the local property files we keep on the shelves. People from around the neighborhood stop by sometimes just to ask about what is happening with the land prices nearby or if any new houses are coming up for rent. It gets a bit noisy with the traffic on Sikar Road, but you get used to it after a couple of weeks. Our office is not very big, just enough space for a few chairs and a desk where we handle the paperwork. We mostly deal with folks from this side of Jaipur who are looking for something practical. There is a lot of building going on around here lately, so things stay pretty active. We don't really do much advertising, mostly just neighbors telling other neighbors where we are. Usually, someone is here from morning until the evening. If the door is open, it means we are inside working on something or talking to a client. It is a straightforward way of working. We try to keep things organized even when the desk gets a bit messy with maps and old folders. That is pretty much how it goes for us here day in and day out. The ceiling fan makes a bit of a clicking sound, but it keeps the place cool enough while we work through the documents.
