Vinayak Auto Agency

Our little shop, Vinayak Auto Agency, sits right in Khation Ka Mohalla. It’s shop number two. If you know the Chachi Aawas area, you know it can get pretty tight with the narrow streets. We’ve been operating out of this space for quite some time now. It’s not a big fancy showroom, just a place where we keep the parts people need. Usually, it’s just one or two of us here at a time. The shelves are pretty full, sometimes it’s hard to find a specific bolt right away, but we eventually get to it. We see a lot of the same faces every week since we’re right in the middle of the neighborhood. People stop by just to ask a quick question or check if we have something in stock. We don’t really do big advertisements. Most people just find us because they live nearby or their neighbor told them where we were. The weather gets hot in the afternoons, so we usually keep the front shutters halfway down to stay cool. It’s a quiet kind of life here at Chachi Aawas. We keep the inventory moving as best as we can. Nothing too special about it, just a local agency doing its bit. We try to keep the place organized, though it doesn't always stay that way when things get busy. We keep a small radio on the shelf that mostly plays old movie songs. It helps pass the time when the street is quiet. Sometimes the neighborhood kids come by to ask for a spare box.
