Vimal Associates

We set up Vimal Associates at D23 Jagan Path, right near Chomu House on Motilal Atal Road. It's a busy part of the C Scheme area in Jaipur. There is always something happening outside our door with cars and people moving about. We've been working in real estate here for a while now. The office isn't very large, but it serves its purpose for our small team. We spend our mornings checking listings and our afternoons meeting people at different properties across the city. C Scheme has its own character and we try to keep up with how it changes. Sometimes the paperwork piles up on the desk, especially during the busy season when everyone wants to move. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. It's just us answering the phone and showing people around the houses. People come to us when they need to find a space or sell what they have. We know the streets around Motilal Atal Road like the back of our hand. It's a lot of walking and talking to different folks. We try to be clear about how things work so there are no surprises for anyone later on. It’s just a normal day-to-day business for us. Some days are long and tiring, but seeing a deal finally close makes it worth the effort. We’re just local people helping other local people with their property needs.
