You can find us over at number 17 on Gautam Marg in Shyam Nagar. It’s a decent-sized office where a few of us work together on whatever projects come through the door each morning. Vijay usually handles the main client stuff, and the rest of us help out with the smaller details and all the administrative side of things that keeps a place running. The neighborhood here is fairly quiet compared to the main roads, which really helps when we need to concentrate on some of the more technical parts of the job. We have a lot of old folders and binders stacked up in the corner because we’ve been around for quite a long time and haven’t quite moved every single thing to the computer yet. The morning routine is pretty much the same every single day—we open up the shutters, check the mail, and start working through the list of things to do. We don't really do much advertising or anything like that; most people just know where we are or hear about us from a neighbor in the area. The office gets a bit hot in the summer months, but the ceiling fans keep the air moving enough. We try to keep a friendly atmosphere, so there’s usually some chatting going on while we work. It’s a straightforward business where we focus on getting the job finished correctly without making a big fuss about it. We don’t have any fancy titles or corporate systems.
