We are over here at D-38 in Dev Nagar, right on Tonk Road. If you know where the Glass Factory is, we are just opposite that. It is a busy part of Jaipur. Most of the time, the noise from the traffic is just something we live with. We have been in this spot for a good while now. The building is not anything special to look at, but it gets the job done for us at Videocon International Ltd. Inside, it is mostly just a few rooms with files and desks. We spend the day handling whatever comes through the door. It gets quite dusty because of the main road, so there is always someone cleaning. People stop by and ask for directions a lot because the glass factory is such a big landmark. We don't mind. The morning starts with opening the shutters and getting the power on. Sometimes the electricity cuts out, but that is just how it is here. We have a small crew. We mostly stick to our tasks and try to stay organized. It is not a place with fancy furniture or big lights. Just a regular Jaipur office where work happens. We like being near the factory because everyone knows where that is. It makes it easier to tell people how to find us without drawing a map every single time. There is a tea stall nearby that we visit every morning. It is just a simple, practical life here.
