We are located over at F-867-B on Road Number 14 in the V.K.I. Area. Our building is right near the Bharat Gas facility so it is pretty easy to find if you are driving around here. We work with polymers which means there is a lot of heavy machinery involved. The heat from the machines is something you just get used to after a while. Most of our staff has been here for years and they know exactly how the grinders and injectors work. We spend most of the day monitoring the production lines. It’s a lot of repetitive work but it has to be done carefully. We don't have any fancy office space. Just a small room with a couple of chairs where we can sit down and talk about the schedule. The V.K.I. Area is always humming with activity and trucks are constantly coming and going. We have to keep our loading area clear so the pickups can happen on time. Sometimes the machines break down and we have to fix them ourselves which takes up a lot of time. It’s just the way things go in a factory like this. We focus on getting the plastic products out the door without any fuss. The floor is usually covered in little bits of scrap but we sweep it up at the end of the shift. It’s hard work but it’s what we know how to do.
