Vian Infrastructure Limited has this spot in Fatahnagar, which is near Udaipur. The easiest way to find us is to look for the TVS showroom because we are right near there on the Udaipur Road. It’s a dusty stretch of road, especially when the trucks go by, but it’s a good location for what we do. We deal with a lot of construction and infrastructure planning. Our office is pretty basic, just a few desks, some blueprints rolled up in the corner, and a lot of pens that never seem to work when you need them. We spend a lot of time out at sites, but this is where we come back to do all the paperwork. Fatahnagar is a small place, so everybody knows everybody. We often have people dropping in just to say hello or ask about a project. The work can be a bit unpredictable depending on the weather or if the materials show up on time. We don’t really have a formal dress code or anything like that. It’s more about being ready to go out into the field at a moment’s notice. We keep things simple and try to stay on top of the local regulations and land details. It is hard work, but seeing things get built from the ground up is why we stay in this business. We just take it one day at a time.
