Vertual Properties

Our office is over at F-2 on Niwaru Road in Jhotwara. Vertual Properties is a small local outfit. We’ve been here long enough to see the road get busier every year. It’s a simple shop, nothing too fancy to look at from the outside. Inside, it’s mostly just us working through listings and talking to people about houses. Jhotwara is a place where everyone kind of knows everyone, so we try to keep things friendly. We don't have a corporate handbook or a bunch of rules about how to talk to people. We just talk like normal folks do. If you need a place to stay or want to sell your plot, we help out with the steps. Sometimes the paperwork gets a bit messy, but we figure it out eventually. We aren't a big city firm with hundreds of employees. It's just a few of us who know the Niwaru Road area inside and out. We spend a lot of time standing out front and chatting with neighbors. People know where to find us if they have a question about property. We don't make big promises we can't keep. We just do the work, day in and day out. If you're passing through Jhotwara, you'll see our sign. Drop in if you feel like it, or just wave as you go by.
