We operate out of Jaipur, in the Vyshali Nagar area. Specifically, you can find us at No.273 in the Officers Campus on Vishnu Marg. It’s just off Khathipura and Sirisi Road. It’s a decent area to work in, fairly well-connected. We’ve been using this office for Velankani Infrastructure & Projects Private Limited for quite a while now. The building is standard for this part of Jaipur. Inside, it looks like a place where people actually work. There are blueprints rolled up in corners, computers that have seen better days, and a lot of notebooks filled with measurements. We aren't into the whole corporate lifestyle. We wear regular clothes and talk like normal people. Most of our day is spent coordinating projects across the city or sometimes further out in Rajasthan. The traffic on Sirisi Road can be a bit much during peak hours, so we’ve learned to time our site visits around that. We don't have a big marketing department or anything. Most people find out about us through word of mouth or by seeing our signs at project sites. We just try to be reliable and get the work finished. It’s a lot of back-and-forth with suppliers and making sure the crews have what they need. Some days are long and tiring, but that’s just the nature of the business. We like being based in Jaipur and plan to stay in this spot for the foreseeable future. It’s home for us.
