Our business goes by the name Vatika Ltd. Gurgaon, even though you will find us at 11 Ram Niketan. That’s located in Raja Ji Ka Bas, right near Laldiggi in Alwar, Rajasthan. This distance from Gurgaon often surprises people when they first hear the name. Around Laldiggi, the area is usually quite busy with people going about their daily business. Rajasthan can get incredibly hot in the summer months, so a lot of time is spent under the fans in the office. Our place at Ram Niketan is pretty modest. Big glass office buildings like the ones in magazines aren't what we have. There are desks, ledgers, and a few old chairs for guests. For a long time, we’ve been part of the Alwar community. Corporate handbooks or fancy mission statements aren't found around here. Every morning, we come in and do the tasks that are waiting for us. Disorganized moments happen when we are busy, but sorting it out is always possible. It’s a small operation, and the personal feel of it is something we like. Most of the people working here have been with us for many years. Becoming a giant corporation isn't our goal. Keeping things running smoothly for Vatika Ltd. Gurgaon from our little spot in Alwar is what matters. That’s pretty much all there is to our story.
