We are set up on the ground floor at 89-A in Heera Nagar, right near the DCM area on Ajmer Road. Jaipur is growing fast, but our little corner stays pretty much the same. It is a convenient spot for people to drop by since it is just off the main road. The office is basically just a room where we keep our records and meet with anyone interested in what we are doing with the local land. We don't have a big reception or anything like that. You just walk in and someone will be there to talk. Most of the time we are busy with legal documents or checking out sites nearby. It can be a bit dusty with all the construction happening around Ajmer Road lately. We've seen a lot of changes in Heera Nagar over the years. Our team is small, mostly just a few of us who have lived in Jaipur our whole lives. We don't use fancy words to describe what we do. We just handle property matters and try to stay organized. It's a basic operation that works for us and the people who come to see us. Sometimes the tea lady comes by and we take a break, but otherwise, it is just steady work from morning until evening. We don't need a lot of space to get things done, just enough for our files and a few chairs for visitors.
