Vastunidhi

We have been set up here in Jaipur for quite a few years now, right on Ajmer Road. Our office is tucked inside Majestic Properties, which is just beside the Puspraj Petrol Pump in the Bhankrota area. If you know the DPR landmark, we are very close to that too. It is a busy spot with lots of traffic coming off the highway, so there is always a bit of noise and dust around. Inside, it is just a regular workspace where a few of us sit and handle the daily property business. My desk is usually covered in old maps and stacks of paperwork that I really should organize better. We don't have fancy leather chairs or a big reception desk. Mostly, people just walk in, pull up a plastic chair, and we talk about whatever project is going on. We have a small kettle in the corner for making tea when neighbors or workers drop by to chat. Jaipur is changing fast and Bhankrota is seeing a lot of new buildings, so we stay pretty busy with the basic stuff. We just focus on our own work and try to keep things moving along without making much of a fuss. Some days are long, especially when we have to go out to the sites, but that is just how it goes. We are just local people doing a job we have known for a long time.
