Vardhaman Tolet & Properties

Vardhaman Tolet & Properties is a small business located at Ad 4 on Devi Marg in the Bani Park area. We have been here for a good amount of time and we mostly focus on helping people find places to rent, though we do sales as well. Our office is quite basic, with just a couple of desks and some chairs for when people stop by to chat. Bani Park is a nice part of town, and we enjoy working here. We spend a lot of our day walking to different houses and apartments to check on things or show them to potential tenants. It is a lot of legwork, but it is the best way to know what is actually going on with the properties we handle. We don't have a fancy website or a big advertising budget. Most of our clients come to us because they saw our board on Devi Marg or heard about us from a neighbor. We keep our records in big binders and on a few scrawled notes on the wall. It might look a bit disorganized to an outsider, but we know where everything is. We try to keep things simple and avoid any complicated talk. If a place is available, we show it. If it’s not, we look for the next one. Sometimes the keys get mixed up or we have to wait for a landlord who is running late, but that is just part of the job. It gets easier as you learn the ropes.
