Vaishnav Properties is our little office over at C 325 Jagatpura in Sidharth Nagar. We’ve been handling property matters from this location for quite a while. Jagatpura is an area that is growing fast, so there is always something new to look at. We spend most of our time helping people find land or houses in Sidharth Nagar and the surrounding areas. Our office at C 325 is pretty basic. It’s where we keep all our records and meet with anyone who stops by. We aren't big on fancy decorations or corporate slogans. We just talk to people like normal human beings. Sometimes the phone doesn't stop ringing, and other times it’s quiet enough to actually get some filing done. We know the local area quite well because we are here every day. It’s a lot of work to keep track of who is selling and who is buying, but we enjoy the process. We don't have a big team of sales people. It’s just a few of us who know the streets and the buildings. We try to be helpful and straightforward with everyone who walks through the door. It’s a simple business model, and it seems to work for the folks in Jagatpura. We’re just regular people doing our best to run a property office without making things more complicated than they need to be. We just keep going.
