V Xpress

You can find V Xpress over on Road No 1 in the VKIA industrial area, at plot E-8. It is a busy part of town and there is always a lot of traffic with big trucks coming in and out of the gates. Our workplace is pretty straightforward. We have a warehouse space and a small area where we do the office work. We do not spend money on decorations or fancy furniture because that is not what we are about. We are here to move things. The floor is usually covered in packing tape scraps and bubble wrap. It gets pretty loud during the day with the sound of shutters opening and engines idling outside. We handle express cargo, which basically means we are always in a bit of a hurry to get things labeled and out the door. The staff here is used to the pace. We drink a lot of chai to keep going during the long shifts. It is a gritty, practical environment. We do not use scripted greetings or wear uniforms. We are just regular guys who know how to load a truck properly and how to navigate the roads around Jaipur. Sometimes the rainy season makes things difficult because the roads get flooded, but we just find a way around it. It is just the way life is in this business. We keep our heads down and do the work that needs doing.
