We are based in Jaipur, over on Sikar Road. Our office is number 4 in Jamana Colony, right near Teen Dukan. It’s a local spot and most people around here know the landmark. We deal with land and townships, which means a lot of time spent looking at maps and visiting sites. The office is where we do the planning and meet people. It’s a simple setup in a busy part of town. Jaipur is growing fast, and we see it happening right outside our door. We don't have any grand slogans. We just work on the projects we have and try to do things right. Sometimes the dust from the road gets in, but that’s just part of being on Sikar Road. We have a few desks and some chairs for visitors. We drink a lot of tea while we talk about land plots and development stuff. It’s not a corporate skyscraper or anything like that. Just a regular building where we handle our business. We’ve been in this colony for a while. We know the neighbors and the local shops. It’s a practical place to run a business from. We don’t try to sound like a big international firm because we aren’t. We are just local folks working on local land projects. There isn't much more to it than that. We just come in, check the maps, talk to people, and handle the paperwork. It’s a steady way to spend the day.
