URBANGAON PROPERTIES PRIVATE LIMITED

Our office is GL-104 in Gulmohar Plaza. It’s part of the Gulmohar Gardens area over on Vatika Road in Sanganer. Urbangaon Properties Private Limited is what we call ourselves. The plaza is usually quite active with people coming and going. We’ve got a small space here in Manpur Bhatawala. It’s a good location for us because it’s close to where a lot of the growth is happening. We deal with properties, as the name suggests. It’s mostly just sitting down with clients and looking at maps or paperwork. We aren't trying to be anything we aren't. Just a local property office. Sanganer is a nice part of the city to work in. Sometimes the parking at Gulmohar Plaza is a bit of a headache, but we make it work somehow. We’ve been here for a while and know the local area pretty well. It’s not a polished corporate office. There’s usually a few files lying around and the coffee machine makes a weird noise. But it’s our space. We handle things for Urbangaon Properties Private Limited every day. It’s a lot of phone calls and checking on sites. We just keep at it, one day at a time. It’s a simple setup for us. No big speeches or anything, just property work. Most days we are just busy with the small things that need doing. It's what keeps us going.
