You can find Universal Solutions Security & Hotelier System over at Unnati Tower, right on the fourth floor. We are in Shop No. 404, which is just across from Shekhawati Hospital in Vidhyadhar Nagar. Our focus is mainly on security setups and systems that hotels use, which keeps us pretty busy. It is not a street-level shop, so people usually come up specifically to talk about cameras or management software. The office is usually filled with different pieces of hardware we are testing or getting ready to install somewhere. We have been in Vidhyadhar Nagar for some time now and it is a good spot for us. It isn't a very large team, just a few of us who understand how these systems work together. We spend a lot of time out at sites, but the office at Unnati Tower is where we plan everything out. It gets a bit messy with all the manuals and wires, but we prefer it that way. Managing security and hotel tech is a lot of work because things are always changing, but we just take it one day at a time. We don't go for big sales pitches. Usually, someone calls us because they saw our work at another place or they work nearby. It is a steady business and we like being part of the local landscape here near the hospital. Just a group of people doing practical work and trying to do it well.
