U B Developers

Our office is at 126 in LBS Colony, over in Chaksu. It is a quiet little spot, away from the main noise of the bigger towns. U B Developers isn’t a huge company with hundreds of workers. It’s just a few of us who grew up around here and decided to get into the building business. We spend most of our time at the construction sites, making sure the workers have what they need and that the materials are arriving on time. Sometimes the bricks are late or the sand isn’t the right quality, and we have to spend the whole afternoon sorting it out. Our office in the colony is where we keep all the blue prints and the accounts. It is a bit messy with rolls of paper and old notebooks. We don’t have a fancy website or anyone to answer the phones with a polite script. If you call, you just get one of us on our mobile. We know every corner of LBS Colony and the land around Chaksu. It’s a lot of hard work, especially when the weather gets bad and we have to cover everything up. We just want to build houses that stay standing and make the neighborhood look a bit better. People know where to find us if they have questions. We are usually here until late evening, just finishing up the day's logs and planning for tomorrow.
