Tirupati Property

Tirupati Property is right over on 3 Sikar Road, just across from the Murlipura Bid School. If you know that area, you know it gets pretty loud when the kids are finishing their classes for the day. We’ve been set up here for a bit, handling different types of land and house deals for folks in the neighborhood. It’s a straightforward shop. We keep the files in some old metal cabinets and try to keep the dust off the desk, though Sikar Road is always a bit dusty with all the traffic going past. People usually stop in because they saw our sign while dropping their children off at school. We don’t do much advertising; word of mouth seems to work okay for us. My uncle used to run a shop nearby, so we decided to stay in this part of town. It’s not a polished corporate office. Sometimes the light flickers in the back room, and the chai guy knows exactly when to bring our afternoon tea. We spend a lot of time on the phone or driving out to look at plots nearby. There’s a lot of paperwork with land stuff, and we try to keep it organized even when things get busy. It’s mostly just about knowing who has what for sale and helping people find a spot that fits what they need without too much fuss. It gets hot in the afternoons, but we have a small fan that does the job for the most part.
