Tilak Hospital & Research Centre

This place is located at A-1 Chanakya Puri, right off the Agra Road in Paldi Meena Paldin. It’s an interesting spot because you get the heavy traffic from the main road mixed with the quieter feel of the Chanakya Puri neighborhood. We call it a research centre too, though a lot of the work feels like any other hospital work. We have some labs in the back where things are a bit more technical, but the front of the house is where the action happens. The staff here is a mix of people who have been with us forever and some newer faces who are still learning their way around. The lobby isn’t very big, so it can get a bit cramped when several families show up at once. We’ve got some posters on the walls about health stuff that have been there so long the edges are curling a bit. Sometimes the Agra Road dust finds its way inside, so there’s a lot of sweeping to do. It’s a busy environment but we don’t try to make it look like something it’s not. It’s a functional space for people who need medical attention or for those working on the research side of things. We drink a lot of tea in the breakroom and talk about our kids or what’s for dinner. It’s just a normal day-to-day life here in the Paldi Meena area, nothing more and nothing less.
