Our office is in Sagar, right beside the Camelichowk School on the Main Road. Being in Ravishankar Ward means we see a lot of people passing by every day. The school kids are always making a noise during their break times, which actually makes the office feel a bit more lively. We are on the main road, so it’s easy to find us if you’re looking for the school. The building is pretty basic. We have some desks, a few chairs for guests, and some shelves that are starting to sag under the weight of all our files. It gets quite dusty with all the traffic on the road, so we are always wiping down the surfaces. We don't have a big corporate culture here. It is more about getting the work done and having a chat over some tea when we have a free moment. The weather in Sagar can be quite extreme, really hot in the summer and surprisingly cold in the winter months. We just dress for the season and keep at it. It’s a practical place for practical people. We don't spend money on fancy decorations or expensive furniture. Everything we have is there because it is useful for the job. It is just a normal office where we spend our days making sure things are running the way they should.
