THE Squars

You can find us at THE Squars on Plot No 293 in Heera Nagar - A. We’re right in the Vaishali Nagar area, sitting just opposite the Karni Vihar Police Station and not far from Dhawas Road. It’s a decent spot, and the police station across the street makes it easy for people to find us when they’re coming for the first time. We are a small team that handles building designs and layouts. Most of our work is done on computers these days, but we still keep plenty of pencils and paper around for when we need to think out loud. It gets pretty busy here, especially in the afternoons when we’re trying to wrap up drawings. We don't have a receptionist or anything like that, so usually, one of us just looks up from a screen when the door opens. We don't spend money on fancy marketing because we’d rather just let the work speak for itself. If you need a house plan or some help figuring out a commercial space, we’re around. We try to be practical about costs because we know how expensive building anything can be in Jaipur right now. We don't promise anything we can't actually do. It’s just about getting the job done right and making sure the client knows what’s happening at every step. We like the neighborhood here; it feels like things are always moving and there is always something new happening.
