Our office for Thandaiwale Estate LLP is over on Hawa Sadak in Jaipur. We are located at Plot No 61 in Keshav Nagar. It’s a decent area, not as crazy as the walled city but still quite active during the day. Hawa Sadak has changed a lot over the years with new buildings popping up everywhere. Our spot is tucked away a bit in the colony, which is nice because it keeps the noise down while we’re trying to focus on property files. We aren’t a massive company with hundreds of employees. It’s just a few of us here managing things. Usually, our days are filled with looking over land papers or talking to people about where they want to move next. We’ve lived and worked in Jaipur for a long time, so we know the local neighborhoods pretty well. Keshav Nagar is a place where people actually know their neighbors, which is something we like. If you come by, it’s just a regular house-turned-office setup. No shiny logos or expensive furniture. We prefer it that way because it’s more comfortable for everyone who stops in. The Rajasthan sun can be tough in the summer, but we’ve got enough shade around the plot. We handle whatever comes our way regarding estates and plots without making a big deal out of it. It is just honest work from a local Jaipur team. We try to keep things moving as best as we can.
