Our branch of Teamlease Services Pvt. Ltd. is actually located in a more rural setting than you might expect. We are over in Shivsinghpura, which is in the Lalsot Tehsil of Dausa district. Virendra Kumar Sharma handles a lot of the things here at our post-office address. It’s quite a way out from the big cities of Rajasthan, but that is where the people are. We spend a lot of time talking to local workers and people looking for some stability. The office isn't anything fancy, just a room with some chairs and a table where we can sit and talk. Since we are in a village area, things work differently. We know the people coming in, or at least we know their families. It’s a lot of listening to what someone needs and seeing if there is a spot for them. Sometimes we have to wait for the power to come back on to finish the computer work, but we are used to that. We don't use big words or try to act like we are in some high-rise building in Jaipur. We are right here in Dausa, dealing with the real issues people have when they want to find work. It’s a simple process of matching what is available with who is looking. We just try to be helpful and keep the records straight. It’s honest work and it keeps us busy from early morning until the sun goes down.
