The office at 91 Shri Ji Nagar in Durgapura is where we spend most of our time. Being here in Jaipur means we deal with all sorts of people looking for jobs or needing help with their work staff. It isn't a huge place, just a regular office setup with computers and plenty of files. We've been Teamlease Services for a good bit now, and we just focus on the day-to-day things like hiring and managing payroll for other businesses. It’s the kind of work that doesn’t stop, especially when things get busy in the city. Sometimes it feels like we’re just sorting through endless lists, but that's the job. People drop by to ask questions or hand in papers. We aren't trying to be anything fancy or corporate, just local people helping other local people get their work sorted. The neighborhood around Durgapura is familiar to us, and we like being part of it. We keep our heads down and do what needs doing. If someone needs a job or a company needs a hand with their workers, they usually find their way to our door. It’s simple enough. We don't have a big mission statement on the wall, just a bunch of desks and some coffee. We just try to get things right so people get paid and companies keep running.
