We’re T M C Express and we operate from Station Road in Kanti Nagar, at 278,B/2. Being near the station is good for business because things are always moving and there are plenty of people around. We handle parcels and deliveries for people in the neighborhood and beyond. It’s a busy office most of the time. There are always boxes stacked up in the corner and people coming in and out with packages. We don't have a fancy tracking system like the big companies do, but we know where everything is because we keep good notes. We’ve been in Kanti Nagar for a long time. The building is a bit old, but it does the job for us. Sometimes the rain leaks in a little near the door when it’s heavy, so we have to move the packages to the back. It’s just one of those things you deal with. We work hard to get things where they need to go. Our staff is mostly local guys who know the streets and the shortcuts well. We don't do much advertising. People just know where we are because they see our bikes. Station Road is always loud with the trains and the traffic, but we don't mind it. It’s the sound of work getting done. We just keep our heads down and keep the parcels moving. It’s a simple business model. We aren't trying to change the world, just trying to deliver your stuff on time without any fuss. It’s what we do.
