Symbiosis Management Consultants is located at 44/78 on Kiran Path in the Mansarovar area of Jaipur. It is a quiet residential street, so it doesn't really feel like you are going to a big business meeting when you come here. Our office is set up in a way that feels more like a study or a home workspace. We have a lot of books on management and piles of folders sitting on the floor because the shelves are already full. Jaipur gets very hot, especially in the afternoons, so our air conditioner works overtime during the summer months. We don't wear suits or anything formal unless we absolutely have to. Most of the time, it’s just us in comfortable clothes, working through client problems. We do a lot of consulting, which mostly involves listening to people and trying to give them sensible advice. We don't use those fancy charts or complicated slideshows unless they really help. Usually, a pen and a notepad are all we need. The neighbors are friendly, and we sometimes stop to chat with them when we are headed out for a break. We’ve been at 44/78 for a good while, and we like the pace of life here. It’s not a fast-paced corporate environment. It’s a place where we take our time to think things through. We don't have a flashy website or a big marketing budget. We just do the work and let that speak for itself.
