Symbiosis Management Consultants is tucked away in Govind Puri, right near the old Galicha Factory here in Jaipur. We’ve been at this spot on Ajmer Road for a while now. Most days it’s just us handling the usual paperwork and calls that come with management consulting. The building isn’t anything fancy, just B-34, but it works for what we do. Finding us can be a bit tricky if you don't know the factory landmark, but once you're on this side of town, it’s easy enough. People come in looking for help with their business setups or just to talk through some office problems they’re having. We spend a lot of time on the phone or looking at spreadsheets. It gets quite hot in the afternoons, so we usually keep the blinds down. There’s a certain routine to life in Jaipur, and our office fits right into that. We aren't trying to change the world or anything, just doing the work that needs doing for the local businesses around here. Sometimes the traffic on Ajmer Road is a nightmare, but we still make it in every morning by nine. It’s a quiet enough street once you get off the main road. We’ve got a small desk area and enough tea to get us through the day. That’s pretty much how it goes for us.
