Our business, Swrupa Kanwar Real Solutions Private, is based out of Plot No. 44-A in Pratap Vihar. This is just off Niwaru Road in Jaipur, a place that’s been growing quite a bit lately. The office is a simple one, located in a residential kind of setting which makes it feel more like a home than a stiff corporate building. We like it that way because it’s easier to talk to people when they don’t feel like they’re in a boardroom. We mostly deal with property stuff around the Niwaru Road area, so we spend a lot of time driving around these streets. The office is often a bit messy with paperwork and local newspapers, but we know where everything is. We are just a handful of people trying to make the process of finding a house or land a bit less of a headache. Sometimes we have to stay late to finish up some files, especially when things get busy during the festival seasons. We don’t have a marketing team or anyone to write fancy slogans for us. We just rely on doing our job and being honest with the people who walk through our door. It’s a quiet life for the most part, except for the occasional noise from the street outside. We just keep things moving and try to be as helpful as we can to our clients without overcomplicating the small details of our daily work.
