Sweet Home Property Dealer is our small business at Shop No 10. We occupy a space on Plot No 12 and 13 in the Mansarovar neighborhood. It’s quite easy to locate us because we are right near the old State Bank of Hyderabad building. Even though the bank name might have changed, everyone around here still calls it that. We have been dealing with local property matters for many years now. Most of our work is just helping people in the community find a decent place to live or helping someone sell off an old plot they don't need anymore. It isn't a fancy lifestyle. We spend a good chunk of our time waiting for people to show up for appointments. Some show up, some don't, but that’s just how it goes in this line of work. We know the streets of Mansarovar better than anyone else. If you have questions about the water supply or the local shops, we usually have the answers. We don't have any flashy marketing or a big corporate office. It’s just us in the shop with a fan and some tea. People come to us because we talk to them like normal human beings. We handle the messy paperwork and talk to the landlords so the buyers can just focus on moving in. It is just a practical way to run a local shop.
