Swarn Polymers

Our operation is based at 28-C in the Malviya Industrial Area. It is a pretty loud part of town with a lot of manufacturing and trucks moving around us all day long. We work with polymers, which mostly means there are bags of plastic pellets and the sound of machinery running in our unit. We are not a massive factory. It is just a medium-sized space where we get our work done. Most of our days are spent checking on the machines and making sure the orders are moving along like they should. It can get very hot in the summer months with all the equipment running and the sun hitting the roof. We just wear our regular work clothes and do not worry much about how the place looks to outsiders. It is a practical, dirty environment. We have a small office area in the front where we keep the bills and the phone. Usually, the desks are covered in a thin layer of dust from the industrial park. We have been in this spot for a while now and we know the other guys running the shops on this block. Sometimes we borrow a tool or a ladder from each other. We do not have a sales team or anything like that. Most of our business comes from old contacts we have had for years.
