We are located over in C Scheme on Ashok Marg, specifically at 212, K-11. It’s a fairly quiet area compared to the main markets, which is nice when you’re trying to focus on technical drawings or building plans. The office gets a bit of light in the mornings, which makes the early starts a bit easier to handle. We’ve been working out of this spot for a while, and it feels like a second home to most of the staff. There are always stacks of blueprints sitting around and the smell of ink from the printer. We don’t go in for big presentations; we just show people what we’re working on and talk through the details. C Scheme is a central place, so it makes sense for us to stay here. Sometimes we walk down the street to grab a quick snack when things get hectic. The work is mostly about making sure everything is lined up right and the numbers add up. It’s not always exciting, but it’s what we do day in and day out. We have a few old chairs and a big table where we spread everything out to look at it. It’s a practical space for practical work. Nothing too polished about it, just a group of people getting through the to-do list and making sure things get built properly. It’s a solid routine that keeps the business moving forward one step at a time.
