Sunway Construction Sdn. Bhd.

We’ve been doing work here in Yerraguntla for a while now. Sunway Construction Sdn. Bhd. is located right on Ranivanam Street, near the station area. People around Kadapa might have seen our trucks or some of the sites we manage. It’s mostly about getting the job done without too much fuss. Building things takes time and we try to keep things moving. We have a small crew that knows the local roads and how things work in Andhra Pradesh. Sometimes the weather gets really hot, which slows things down, but that is just part of the work here. We aren't a huge office with fancy carpets or anything like that. It’s just 7/272, a regular spot where we handle our paperwork and talk to folks about their projects. Most of our day is spent out on the actual sites anyway. If you are walking down Ranivanam Street, you’ll find us. We don't spend much time on the computer or making things look perfect for a website. It is just us, some tools, and the projects we take on. It’s steady work and we like being part of the community here in the district. Nothing fancy, just hard work and making sure things stand up straight. We’ve seen this area change a lot over the years. Being based here in Yerraguntla means we know the local suppliers and the guys who can get things delivered on time. That's about it really.
