Sunway Construction Sdn Bhd (From Malaysia)

Sunway Construction Sdn Bhd is actually a company from Malaysia, but we have our local setup here at R. N. Modi Engineering College. We are specifically in the SP-2 block within the RIICO Institutional Area in Ranpur, Kota. It’s a bit of a specialized location since we are based right near the engineering college. This gives us a good connection to the local technical scene here in Rajasthan. The office is busy with people coming in and out, mostly engineers and site managers. It’s a practical environment with plenty of technical drawings spread out on big tables. We don’t have any fancy decorations on the walls, just calendars and project schedules. Since we have the Malaysian connection, we sometimes have to coordinate things across different time zones, but mostly we just focus on what’s happening here in Ranpur. It’s a bit out of the main Kota city, which is good because there is more space for our operations. We use this space to plan our builds and keep track of the labor. It gets pretty loud during the day with the college nearby, but it keeps us energized. We are just a group of people who like to build things. We don't use any corporate jargon or have big meetings. We just sit down, look at the problems, and try to find a way to fix them. It works for us and the crew.
