Sunny Properties

If you’re driving down Khatipura Main Road, you’ll find us easily enough. Sunny Properties has been set up here for a good number of years. It’s a busy road, so there’s always something going on outside our door. We’re a small team, and we mostly focus on the houses and plots around this side of town. We don’t have a flashy office with glass walls or anything like that. It’s just a regular place with some desks and a map of the area on the wall. We spend our days talking to people who want to buy land or find a house to rent. It’s a lot of phone work and making sure all the papers are in order. The market here on Khatipura Main Road can be a bit unpredictable, but we’ve been around long enough to see the patterns. We don’t make big promises or use sales talk. We just show what’s available and explain the price. People appreciate that we don't push them into things they don't want. We’ve helped a lot of families find their first homes around here. Sometimes we’re out on-site looking at new developments, so the office might be empty for a bit, but we’re always reachable. It’s a bit of a juggle sometimes, but we like the work. It’s about being part of the community and helping people settle in. Just plain and simple real estate work.
