You can find Sunmax Realmart Llp at 317 in the Apex Mall over in Lalkhoti. Being in a mall means there is always something going on outside our door. It’s a busy building with lots of other shops and offices around. Our space, 317, is where we handle all the real estate business. We spend a lot of time on the computer and talking on our mobile phones. It can get a bit loud in the hallways during the lunch hour, but inside our office, we just keep working. We have some chairs for people to sit on and a big table where we spread out our documents. Lalkhoti is a central place, so it is easy to get to. We don't have a lot of fancy decorations. We just have what we need to do the job. Sunmax Realmart Llp is basically just a group of people who know the local area well. We don't use big words or try to act like we know everything. We just take things one day at a time. The office is small but it fits us. Sometimes we stay late when there is a lot of paperwork to finish. It is just the reality of the business. We are glad to be in Apex Mall because it’s a recognizable spot for everyone around here. We hope that when people stop by, they feel like they are talking to regular folks who just happen to work in real estate.
