Sunder Real Estate is based in Mansarovar. We’ve lived in this area for a long time, so we know the blocks and the streets pretty well. Our work is mostly helping people buy or sell their properties around here. Mansarovar is a big place and it can be confusing if you don't know your way around. We spend our mornings checking out new listings and our afternoons meeting with clients. It’s a lot of back and forth. The office is just a simple room where we keep our files. We don’t have any slick brochures or anything. Usually, we just show people photos on our phones or take them to the site directly. It’s more practical that way. Some days are very quiet and others we don’t even have time to eat lunch. That’s just the way the property market goes. We’ve seen the prices go up and down over the years. We try to give people a realistic idea of what things are worth. We don’t like to waste anyone’s time. If a house has problems with the water supply, we’ll tell you upfront. It’s easier than dealing with a complaint later. Most of our clients come from word of mouth. Someone we helped five years ago will send their cousin to us. It’s a nice way to run a business. We’re just local people doing our job in Mansarovar.
