We are based out of Sector-6 in Dwarka, specifically at Plot No 20 in the RD Apartment building, specifically in the D-3 section. It’s a bit of a shared space since we are c/o D.R Agarwal Infracon. Dwarka is a big area, and this part of Sector-6 is quite busy with residential and commercial mix. Our office is on one of the floors of the apartment complex, which makes it feel a bit more like a home than a sterile office building. We have the usual setup—desks, computers, and a lot of filing cabinets. The space is a bit tight because we have to share parts of it, but we’ve found a way to make it work. The windows look out over the local streets, and you can see the metro line in the distance. We’ve got a small pantry where someone is always making tea. The atmosphere is generally quiet, though things pick up when there are deadlines looming. We aren't big on fancy office decor. It’s mostly just functional furniture and a few calendars on the walls. Getting here is pretty straightforward, although the parking in Dwarka can be a headache sometimes. We just show up, do what needs to be done, and head out. It’s a no-nonsense kind of place. Most of us have been working together for a while, so we have a good routine down. It’s a solid, practical base for our daily operations in Delhi.
