Stonetech

If you walk down Hari Marg in Civil Lines, you will find us at number 78. Stonetech has been our spot for a good bit of time. It is a decent area to work in, fairly quiet compared to the main markets. We deal with stone, obviously, and try to keep up with how things are moving in the industry. The office is pretty basic. A few desks, some samples lying around, and a lot of phone calls. We don't spend money on big signs or fancy decorations. It's mostly about the material and getting it to where it needs to go. My brother and I, along with a couple of helpers, run the show here. We started out small and stayed that way because it's easier to manage. When someone calls asking about a specific cut or type of stone, we just go look in the back or check our lists. No complicated systems. Sometimes the electricity goes out and we just sit and wait. It’s a bit slow some days, then really busy the next. That is just the nature of the business. We like being in Civil Lines because it’s easy for people to reach us without getting stuck in too much traffic. We just do our bit and go home at the end of the day.
