Our place is on Niwaru Road at Plot No B 5 in Ganesh Vatika A. It’s a bit of a mouthful of a name, isn't it? We usually just tell people we’re the Starx office near the Vatika. We deal with rural kinetics and rearing, which basically means we’re involved in the life cycle of agricultural things and how they move through the rural economy. It sounds complicated but the day-to-day is actually quite simple. We spend a lot of time on the phone or out in the field. The Niwaru Road area has changed a lot lately with more buildings going up. Our plot is a steady spot where we can organize our work. We aren't a massive firm with hundreds of employees. It's just a handful of us making sure the rearing processes go as they should. Sometimes the internet is slow, and we have to wait to send emails, but that’s just how it goes sometimes. We don't have a fancy lobby or a receptionist. If you walk in, you’ll probably just see someone at a desk covered in papers. We like it that way because it keeps things honest. We focus on the work rather than how the office looks. It’s a practical setup for a practical kind of business. We’ve been at this for a while and know the local rhythm well. The morning commute is usually the hardest part of the day.
