Stapletech

If you find yourself at New Aatish Market in Jaipur, you will see a lot of shops selling all sorts of things. Stapletech is located at unit 322, right opposite the Inox cinema. It’s a good spot because everyone knows where the theater is. We have been in this shop for a while, dealing with the daily ups and downs of the market. The space is a bit tight when we get a lot of boxes in, but we make it work. Most of the day is spent answering the phone or showing people how a specific piece of hardware works. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that; it's just a few of us making sure things run right for our customers. Mansarovar is a big area, and being in this specific market means we see a lot of different people every day. The air conditioning sometimes struggles when the Jaipur sun is really hitting the front glass in the summer, but we manage. We keep a stack of old catalogs and parts in the back room that probably needs cleaning out soon. It’s a straightforward business. We show up, open the shutters, and help whoever walks through the door. There is no corporate script here. We talk to you like a neighbor because that’s basically what we are. The market gets quiet in the late afternoon before the evening rush starts, which is when we usually get our paperwork done.
