Sparsh Clinic

Sparsh Clinic sits on the main Triveni Nagar Road in Jaipur, inside the Sophiya Enclave. The address for this place is written out quite long on our mail, maybe because the road is so long or the Enclave is big. Jaipur gets really hot in the summer months, so we spend a lot of time making sure the air stays cool inside. The floors are made of stone and they feel nice and cold. We have a few cabinets filled with files and some medical supplies that we organize every Monday morning. It’s a bit of a routine. The Enclave has its own rhythm, with people coming and going at all hours. We see the same faces every day, like the man who sells fruit on the corner. Our clinic isn't very large, just enough room for the desk and a couple of examination areas behind the partitions. The curtains are a dark blue color. Sometimes the traffic outside gets a bit loud, especially during the rush hour when everyone is heading home. We keep a clock on the wall that ticks quite loudly when the room is empty. It’s a plain place, but it works for what we do. We try to keep things tidy, even if the folders sometimes pile up on the desk during a busy stretch. It’s just a local clinic on a busy Jaipur road where we do our thing and keep the records straight.
