S.P. Estates Llp

You can find us over at Soni Paris Point in room number 606. Our physical address is A-26 on the Sawai Jai Singh Highway. It is located right near the Collectorate Circle in the Bani Park area. That part of Jaipur is usually buzzing with activity because of all the government offices and courts nearby. S.P. Estates Llp has been based out of this building for a good number of years. Being up on the sixth floor gives us a bit of a view of the surroundings, although it is mostly just rooftops and a lot of traffic down below. The office space is quite small but it serves its purpose for our daily work. We spend a lot of our time on the telephone or meeting with people who are searching for different types of places in Jaipur. Bani Park is a very old and classic part of the city so we get all sorts of different visitors coming through. We do not really do the whole polished corporate thing here. Our desks are usually covered in files, maps, and scribbled notes. It feels more like a real workplace that way. We just try to be helpful whenever someone walks through the door. The elevator in this building is known for being a bit slow during the busy lunch hour. We have lived and worked in this 302016 area for a long time. It is a busy life but we like being in the middle of everything. No big promises or fancy talk.
