Soni Group Of Hospitals

We are located within the SMS Hospital complex. It is a massive place to work, and it’s very different from a small clinic on a street corner. Being part of a large hospital group means things are always moving at a very fast pace. There are people everywhere—doctors, nurses, patients, and families—all day and all night. Our part of the operation is just one piece of the puzzle. We deal with a lot of paperwork and a constant stream of people needing help. It can be quite stressful because the volume of patients is so high. We don't have time for a lot of small talk. We just focus on getting our tasks done and making sure people are seen by the right person. The hallways are long and always crowded, and it takes a while to get from one end to the other. It’s an old institution, so the buildings have that heavy, busy feel to them. We spend our shifts answering questions and trying to stay organized in the middle of all the activity. It’s not a place for someone who likes things quiet. We’ve been here for years and have seen just about everything you can imagine. It’s just about keeping the system moving so everyone gets the care they are looking for in such a huge place.
